APAPA National Internship Program

Great News! APAPA has added a new year-round National Internship Program, LEADERSHIP LAUNCHPAD.  This program focuses on professional development with team-oriented capstone projects supporting advocacy work, case studies/publications, and high quality professional and leadership development programs and workshops.  Interns will also have the opportunity to work directly with APAPA chapters and put into practice the skills that are valuable and transferable in multiple industry sectors.  We are developing the future generation of leaders!

The program will host approximately 50 students for each season, starting this summer 2021. The internship program is a 10 week part-time program with a required commitment of approximately 10 hours a week during the summer. In the fall, winter, and spring sessions, the time commitment can vary and increase as the interns will be hosted in the office of a legislator or public officials as part of the program.

Legislative office placements may also be part of the program.
