ABOUT

Students for students.

Our program was founded in 2019 by a group of high school students passionate about community and paths to success. With guidance from our large network of professionals in business and politics, our high school leadership team has worked tirelessly to create a program for them and their peers.

The APAPA Youth Leadership Academy (AYLA) is a program designed for high school students, grades 9 – 12, that provides workshops, panel discussions and training sessions that focus on:

  • Career Guidance
  • Communication and Social Skills
  • Civic Engagement Awareness
  • Leadership Development

AYLA is a unique opportunity for high school students to get a jumpstart on their career paths and leadership skills in business and politics.

APAPA’s mission is to build leaders in our APIA communities and this is the start.

OUR MISSION

To provide high school students with the foundation to become great leaders.
