Your Vote. Your Voice. Our Future
2020 is a year marked by national discord and division in the U.S. It is also one of the biggest issue-filled election years in recent memory. That’s why APAPA is making this year’s Voters Forum a national event with its new online format.
Since 2001, APAPA has hosted its annual Voters Forum to promote rigorous debate on hot issues ahead of the November elections in California. Now we are involving all 30 APAPA chapters to identify issues, ballot measures, and races that are the most consequential to their communities and the whole country.
The Voters Forum will feature rigorous debates among candidates running for office. We’ll bring in experts and other stakeholders who will shed light on issues including the government’s COVID-19 response, immigration, healthcare, and affirmative action, racism, and more.
